Harry slept deeply and content once he heard the softly spoken words from the Dark Lord. He dreamt of Draco. Of Tom. Of the three of them together.

The night had been a revelation for Harry Potter. He had known, from that first meeting with Tom Riddle, that things were changing.

Course, he had changed.

But the truth was, even though he and Draco had talked about it (at length), he never actually seriously considered that the Dark Lord would be attracted or have a desire for them. More specifically, him. Oh Draco was an attractive man to be sure, there was no doubt. But considering the history the Dark Lord and he had? He hadn't been 100% certain.

Tonight changed all of that.

He only stirred once he heard the door opening to his bedroom and felt a sleepy smile tug on his mouth. "Mm Draco?"

Slowly, not wanting to give Draco the wrong idea, Harry sat up and wrapped his arms more securely around the other wizard. "You're not going to lose me. Not on your life, Malfoy," he whispered. "So long as you don't plan on leaving or kicking me out..." No, Harry didn't want to think about that ever being a possibility from Draco. He tightened his arms around him, probably to the point of being too tight but he couldn't help it. Harry never wanted to think about the possibility of losing Draco. Even if it was to the Dark Lord or because of the Dark Lord.

He slowly loosened his hold and looked at him. "I'm absolutely certain," he said. If there was anything he got from either of his parents, it was his sheer stubbornness. "You come first though, Draco. Always have since we met... so, if you don't like something, you have to tell me." Especially in regard to Tom Riddle and whatever this was that was growing between them all.

After everything he had gone through with his own relatives, he wasn't going to lose Draco. His first real friend and first love. Merlin, that sounded cheesy.

Coming together as they had was a danger when they started. Even now it could be. Because of where their life was going, and who they were siding with. Even if they weren't being intimate with him, they had to be careful in the long run.

"Hey. Hey. No. Never," he said, voice hard and fierce, almost angry. Not to even imagine hearing that from the mouth of the man he loved. "You don't think that's possible, do you? You're not worried I would abandon you?"

Except as he asked it, the tone he used, he truly worried that Potter thought he might leave him.

"I won't lose you." He said that in firm terms, no hesitating. "Not even for the Dark Lord. As for the... the intimacies? He's the Dark Lord, and he says things about how he feels about us," he said, not sure how to find the right words, unsure if Riddle had said the same things to Harry or not. "But based on that, I need us to be together, and us, and to hae everything we should always have. Us. Together."

He would love to say that no, he wasn't worried about it or felt that it wasn't possible that Draco would abandon him. Least, not before his parents took guardianship. But, too many years of the Dursley's TLC made it hard sometimes. Most days he could push it back to the smallest corner of his mind and keep it locked up there. But other times... it was harder. "Most days, no." Harry couldn't and wouldn't hide it from Draco. He hadn't kept anything from him since the time Draco woke up because of his nightmares.

Harry met Draco's gaze and stared into those eyes, eyes he loved. "Good because you won't be losing me anytime soon either," he admitted with a little smile. He nodded. "I cannot agree more. Regardless of our relationship with him, intimacy or no, we're in it together."

He needed that more than he'd known. "Together, Draco." Harry leaned in to kiss the other wizard softly. "Staying in here tonight?"

'No. No days, Harry. Never, ever have that worry," he said, tones fierce and nearly angry though not at Potter. At the bastards who had done this to him and left him this concerned and worried about what Draco might do.

"You and I are what matters, Harry. Sure he's interesting and powerful..." And for Draco that made him sexy. Part of what he loved about Harry. He was beautiful and perfect and powerful. That made him sexy.

Returning the kiss, holding tight to Harry as if to prove he wasn't willing to let him go. "Course. Together. Now. Tonight. Always."

Despite the fierce tone in Malfoy's voice, Harry quirked a little smile. "I know this will come as a shock, but you can't forbid that," he teased him, tightening his arms around him. They'd had discussions before about his "relatives" and what they had done so Harry knew exactly where Draco's anger was stemming from. It was the cause of most of his as well if they were going to be honest.

"Interesting, powerful, tall, devilishly handsome..." Harry continued with a knowing smirk. "We're in this together," he confirmed, knowing exactly what it was that turned Draco on. Not that he could deny that they weren't damn attractive qualities in a man.

"Good, now change and lay down with me," he said, pressing another kiss to the blonde's lips then pulling back, watching him with a grin. "Did I mention the part that he wants to start training us? Soon?"

"You would be amazed at the things I will forbid and fight against, Harry Potter. You, of all people, should know but I can definitely show you," he insisted, as much a Malfoy in some moments as he might ever be.

"Are you trying to be tempting about him, or describing yourself, Love?" Challenging it all back on Harry, arching a brow.

At that he pulled back, hands going for the hem of his shirt. He stopped though, looking at Harry with a bit of a frown. "He had mentioned that as well," he admitted with a nod. "Not soon but that he was willing. You're willing?"

Harry laughed quietly and looked at the other man, lifting a hand to trail over Draco's cheek. "Oh, I know that you will do everything within your power and the Malfoy power to make it so. It doesn't mean everyone else will abide by it." As soon as the Dursley's were taken care of, he would feel closure. At least they were on their way to the Malfoy's becoming his Magical Guardians.

"If I was describing myself, I would have said short," he said with a grin. Though, he wasn't about to deny the other adjectives.

He watched Draco reach for the hem of his shirt, looking forward to seeing it off him. When the blonde stopped, Harry glanced back in his eyes. "I'm willing. I'm always willing to learn more magic. Especially magic that will be useful in the future."

Draco leaned into the touch, eyes closing as he savored that tenderness, loving the tiny intimacies that they shared between themselves. "There's so much we'll take care of," he murmured, knowing it wasn't just words but plans.

"You know there's not turning back after this, right?" Even as he asked, peeling away the shirt and tossing it away and then reaching for Harry to try and pull him closer.
